It's been 6 years since the release of Halifirien in September 2009. Today we are very proud to announce our next Fantasy Film inspired by the writings of Tolkien. "Fog on the Barrow Downs" is a project we have been quietly working on for quite some time now. Expect more updates in the coming months and weeks.

I'm sorry I've not written here in ages,but this is just to say Halifirien is still going ahead. We will carry on filming next week hopefully.
We got quite alot shot over Christmas (A night battle and chase scenes).

Synopsis

Gondor is on the brink of destruction.
Some think Denethor will light the beacons of the White Mountains to call for aid. However,the shadow of Mordor is spreading, encouraging the leaderless mountain goblins to come out of hiding. Their main aim is to take the beacon mountain of Halifirien (Gondor's only hope if Minas Tirith is attacked).The beacon wardens stand in the way of the goblins' domination ; these wardens still hold sway over Halifirien.
If Halifirien falls all hope is lost and Sauron's darkness will spread into the lands of Gondor and Rohan.
The wardens will face endless hardships during an epic struggle. But,with their sacrifice will hope be once again be kindled ?

OUR ORCS...

Hello and welcome to the HALIFIRIEN blog,
this a a movie based on tolkien's LORD OF THE RINGS and a sort of follow on from Peter Jackson's film of the same name.
This is not going to be quite on the same scale as some of the other LotR fan films like "Born of Hope" and "Hunt for Gollum."
As I'm only 16 most people dont take it seriously.
But, I hope to at least have a go!!
